🙏 What Is This Program?
NWOCO’s Faith-Based Trades Program is not a school—it’s a ministry of hope, healing, and formation. We serve individuals, especially those marginalized or wounded, to:
Discover their God-given purpose
Rebuild their lives through dignified work
Serve others with the talents God has given them
This is a formation-based discipleship journey where hands-on trade skills become tools for spiritual restoration.
Three Core Pillars of the Program
1. Vocational Discipleship
Participants are mentored in character, responsibility, and spiritual identity while learning skilled trades. The goal is to help them live out their vocation in a Christ-centered, ethical, and community-serving way.
2. Life Restoration
We offer a restorative path for individuals emerging from hardship, addiction, incarceration, or trauma. The work of their hands becomes a foundation for rebuilding self-worth, family, and faith.
3. Service Formation
Participants are shaped into servant-leaders, learning that their skills are not only for profit but for serving widows, the poor, churches, and their communities.
"We’re not just teaching people how to hang a door—we’re training them to serve with dignity, discipline, and purpose as disciples of Christ."
